Registration for the 2022 season is now closed. We're looking forward to finally playing baseball and creating wonderful memories when our season begins on Opening Day scheduled for March 5, 2022.

FORMS PROCESSING (i.e. Proof of Residency)

Forms processing will be in person this year, the date is TO BE DETERMINED. Bring the following forms with you:

--Child's Birth Certificate

--School Enrollment form signed by your child's school: Woodward, Lincoln, Joshua Cowell, Shasta, Cornerstone, St. Anthony’s, Manteca Christian School (this is the easiest method). OR,

--If your player does not attend one of the schools above: 3 documents showing proof of residency (can include your driver's license; please see the list of acceptable documents)

--Medical Release

--COVID-19 Waiver

--Parent Code of Conduct
